For US customers: You will receive an email with a tracking number that will populate with info in 24-48 hours. Most shipping is done via USPS and tracking info should include an expected deliver
For Non-US customers: You will receive an email with a tracking number that will populate with info in 24-48 hours. If our provider needs to hand the package off to your local post, you will also have access to a secondary tracking number once the exchange occurs (a nine-digit number with two letters at the beginning and end, for example RX123456789DE). Please note that your package may have to pass through local customs, which can take a few days to process.
